Todd Bradley – Chief Executive Officer

Todd is a life-long technology executive with deep corporate experience in the mobile technology space. Prior to joining Mozido, Mr. Bradley was with TIBCO Software, where he served as President since mid 2014.  While at TIBCO, a Palo Alto based $5B enterprise software company with more than 4,000 employees, Mr. Bradley was responsible for leading the global customer-facing functions, including sales, marketing and professional services.  Before TIBCO, he spent ten years at HP in various senior leadership roles including EVP of their largest operating unit, the $60B Printing and Personal Systems Group.  During his time at HP, Mr. Bradley was responsible for the resurgence of the company’s personal computer business where he scaled revenue growth and improved profitability through disciplined execution and a renewed focus on targeted expansion. During his impressive career, he has held other senior leadership positions at blue chip companies such as GE Capital, Dun & Bradstreet, Gateway Computers, FedEx and PalmOne, the original smartphone company.

Mike Love – President

Mike Love is a global payment industry veteran with a 30-year track record, deep knowledge and unique expertise in developing and implementing advanced payment systems that have created significant value at several leading multinational corporations. Prior to joining Mozido, Mr. Love was Chief Architect, global technology & innovation at First Data Corporation. In that capacity, he was responsible for creating and deploying a new enterprise architecture function globally, as well as driving the technological transformation for First Data. Previously, Mr. Love was president of the Paytriot Network, where he led the development and deployment of advanced solutions to process financial services transactions more efficiently and securely for unbanked consumers globally. Prior to Paytriot, Mr. Love was president of the global services division of Retail Decisions in the UK, where he was responsible for worldwide services delivery. He also spent 12 years as CEO and president of CardSystems, the company he co-founded in 1990 and sold in 2002.

Scott Ellyson – Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Over the last 20+ years, Scott has made a career of helping small and large companies create shareholder value. Prior to joining Mozido, Scott was CFO at Harden Healthcare, an Austin-based national provider of post-acute healthcare services. While at Harden, Scott was awarded CFO of the year by the Austin Chamber of Commerce for leading his company through Sarbanes Oxley compliance, company-wide adoption of LEAN business process improvements and response to the Affordable Care Act for Harden’s 34,000+ employees.

Scott also managed Harden’s credit relationships, including leading two company debt re-financings, its first institutional equity investment from KKR and the eventual sale of the company.

Prior to beginning his CFO career, Scott spent ten years as an Investment Banker with Houlihan Lokey where he led numerous M&A, debt and equity financing and restructuring engagements for clients all over the US

Pat Downing – Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer

Pat Downing is a seasoned technology executive with more than 30 years experience in both public and private companies. Prior to his current role, Mr. Downing served as the SVP of Global Technology Operation at Mozido where he successfully launched Mozido’s cloud infrastructure at Amazon and migrated away from traditional legacy datacenters. Mr. Downing has global responsibility for the Mozido Platform as a Service (PaaS) development, merging acquired technologies and infrastructure as well as global technology operations. Prior to joining Mozido in 2013, Mr. Downing served as VP of Technology Operations at companies like AllClearID where he delivered their SaaS infrastructure and operations, Dun & Bradstreet’s listing services companies (exp. Hoover’s and Selectory) supporting an online transaction rate of more than three Million transactions per day and IBM/Tivoli Systems where Mr. Downing led the North American Technology Operations and Global Infrastructure groups.
